This painting is now part of the collection of the Virginia Museum of History & Culture...The piece was commissioned for the LGBTQ organization, Virginia Pride Fest 2018, which donated the painting to the VMHC last year. A similar painting by the artist hangs in Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney’s office.
I'm proud to be part of the "Story of Virginia" permanent exhibition.
