Original Paintings and Custom-Made Products
Original paintings and custom-made products cannot be returned. Due to the costs involved in producing custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. The Certificate of Authenticity for original paintings confirms that all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Custom-Made Products
The following products are bespoke, custom-made after purchase and all sales are final—they cannot be returned or refunded:
- Prints on Paper
- Paper Car Prints
- Canvas Prints
- Canvas Car Prints
- Artist Embellished Prints on Canvas
- Dresses
- Footwear
- Hoodies
- T-Shirts
- Cell Phone Cases
- Hats
- Mugs
- Pillows
- Towels
Important Delivery Notice for Apartment & Gated Buildings:
Delivery carriers may require physical access to the building entrance. Jumper Maybach does not control delivery timing or building access procedures. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location can securely receive packages. Failure to coordinate access with the carrier does not qualify the order for refund.
Carrier Responsibility Clause
Once an order is shipped, delivery timing and access logistics are the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient. Delays caused by building access restrictions, absence at time of delivery, or local carrier handling do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund unless the shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier.
MADE-TO-ORDER FOOTWEAR - FINAL SALE
All Jumper Maybach® footwear products are custom-made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. By purchasing footwear from Jumper Maybach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Production Timeline: 5-7 days production + 2-4 weeks shipping (total 3-4 weeks, up to 30-45 days)
- No Cancellations: Orders enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled
- No Refunds: All footwear sales are final due to the custom nature of production
- No Exchanges: Each pair is handcrafted specifically for your order
- Delivery Responsibility: Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery location can receive packages
These terms apply to all footwear products and supersede our standard return policy.
Important:
Since each order is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues. Buyers assume full responsibility for selecting the correct size and fit. To assist, size charts are provided on each product page.
Watches - 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our watches with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your watch, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The watch is not damaged
- The watch is returned in its original condition
- The watch is shipped back to: Jumper Maybach, LLC, 2101 Winter St. C125, Houston, Texas 77007
To initiate a watch return, please contact us at with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our . Once 24 hours have passed, production begins, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
Please Note: If an item has already shipped, even if your request is within the 24-hour timeframe, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
At Jumper Maybach, we strive for quality and accuracy, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged item, a poor-quality print, or an incorrect product, we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement or a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue (incorrect item, defective printing, or damaged area)

Order Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframe, please contact us for assistance:
- 30 days for shirts
- 45 days for home decor items, prints, shoes, and boots
Returns for Custom-Printed Products
Custom-printed products (excluding watches) cannot be returned for refunds. However, we will replace defective items or incorrect orders if you provide:
- A photo showing the specific issue
- Your order number
Eligibility for a replacement:
- The product was received within the last 30 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused
- There is a defect in the product or printing OR the item is different from what you ordered
